Terry Rocks
Terry is a highly respected speaker, trainer, and mentor within the financial services industry. He has trained thousands of financial professionals throughout the US and Canada in taking a different approach to the practice of financial planning. Terry’s convictions shifted after seeing too many people on the receiving end of improper advice. The financial burdens this improper advice placed on families, businesses, and ministries, along with a calling from the Lord above, is what inspired him to launch Teleios Financial Partners.

Conrad Collins
Conrad and his wife, Jane, moved to Melbourne in 1981 where they raised 3 sons. His professional career has been primarily devoted to financial education where he has served the needs of families and businesses in Brevard County for over 30 years. He also served as past president for the Brevard County Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors and with the Brevard County Estate Planning Council. Conrad has many notable achievements including the designation of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care) and the esteemed ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant).

Jennifer Hedman
Prior to working in the financial services industry, Jennifer worked as a paralegal assistant at a prominent law firm in the area. Jennifer served alongside our founder, Terry Rocks, at their previous firm, serving financial advisors across the county. Jennifer has a tenacious work ethic and an even greater passion to ensure the work is done with excellence. She has served in several capacities and helps to manage administrative operations. Jennifer was instrumental in the founding of Teleios Financial Partners and is a key member of the firm.

Joshua Harris
Joshua started in the banking industry in 2010 serving both personal and commercial clients in the areas of banking, loans, investments, and insurance. He has also served as a bi-vocational pastor since graduating from bible college in 2008. Joshua recently completed his Dave Ramsey certification as a financial coach so he could help with financial illiteracy within the community.
